Super spacer IG line

IG line with super spacer applicator can apply super spacer frame on glass automatically. The first glass after washing-drying and then stop in the press machine at the same time suctioned to the front panel. The second glass will stop at super spacer section and position precisely by X-Y axis. Applicator will automatically apply super spacer frame on glass. After spacer frame attaching then the second glass continues to press to be assembled and pressed automatically. The IGU comes out and first sealing finish. Argon gas filling function and Aluminum frame function can be added as an optional.
