Classic IG line

Classic IG line will assemble all glasses out of press machine, can process double glass, triple glass, 1 side or 2 side step IG (Insulated glass). The first glass after washing-drying and inspecting stop at the spacer attaching section and position precisely by X-Y axis. Put spacer frame manually and then the glass continues to assembly section, which will be move backward after the glass arrive at position. At the same time the second glass after washing-drying are waiting at the spacer attaching section for positioning by guide bar and going forward to assembly section. The panel reset and two pieces of glass are assembled and go to press. After press the first sealing of IGU is finished and jumbo size of glass will be conveyed to tilting section by manual or automatic instruction to the line.

The whole glass movement (stop or convey) is automatically controlled by the PLC system to reach a high productivity and flexible control of the production procedure.
