Customized IG line

As per different customer’s requirments, we provide suitable IG (Insulated glass) or double glass processing solution for jumbo IG, high speed IG processing solution or L shape or U shape IG line for space limited customers or 180 degree turning table for changing Low-E coating side, etc.

Customized products:

• If the length for IG line is limited, can customize L shape production line with 90° turning table.
• Process over thick and over heavy glass, can customize over-thick glass washing machine.
• Orientate Low-E coating side, can customize 180° turning conveyor in the IG production line.
• Process refrigerator glass or same size IGU, can customize“High-Speed”production line with double working position.
• Process jumbo IGU with/without Argon gas filling, can customize“Tandem Press Series”for oversize glass processing to meet jumbo glass production and small glass production efficiency both.
